I was finally on the mend from my awful, terrible, no good cold/laryngitis when BAM...I am awakened yesterday morning at six o'clock with the most awful, terrible, no good nausea, stomach pains and other "issues." I spent the day on the couch eating bread, crackers and Spaghettios and watching cheesy Christmas movies on Netflix.
It ruined my plans to get to the gym and my eating was atrocious. I was able to make it to work last night and all through the night I just kept wanting a bite of this and a bite of that. I'm ready to feel back to normal and to get back onto a more regular schedule!
Although my official weigh day is on Sunday I was happy to see that I have hit TEN POUNDS lost since November 13. That's right...ten pounds in one month! Now to maintain that weight, or lose a couple more pounds, by the the end of the year. I'm looking forward to the new year. There are goals to reach and new PRs to be made!
I'm not even worried about the holidays. With My Fitness Pal, my running shoes, and my friends keeping me accountable, I know I can get through it successfully!
