I'm not gonna lie y'all. This week has been tough. I am trying to work through this seasonal depression that affects me every year about this time and it's been rough. As a result my eating and workouts have suffered. I know that in the long run, working out makes me feel better and I know I've got to do it even when I'm feeling down and don't want to. I'm going to try really hard this week to stick to it and to more closely monitor what I am eating. I saw 185.4 on the scale today and I was NOT happy with myself at all. I can't say I don't know why it's up because I know exactly why but it's a new day and I'm doing better already.
This week is unusual for us because Aaron and I both took the week off work. We're getting some things done around the house and we're going away for a couple of days to celebrate our 15th anniversary (three months later!). I am going to try to stay on my clean eating plan as much as possible while we are gone with one exception--I really want to go to Cheeseburgers in Paradise while we are gone. And I will enjoy every bite of that cheeseburger. Because, really, who goes there and eats a salad?!

Turkey Lettuce Roll Ups
Monday: BBQ Chicken, green beans, corn
Tuesday: Small Group (I think maybe baked potato bar?)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Roast Beef with carrots, potatoes and green beans
Saturday: Pizza night (not for me--I'll have a salad)
Monday: Girls Run Miles run (2.5 miles)
Tuesday: Spinning (on my own at the gym), Weights Workout
Wednesday: Run with the girls
Thursday: Stretching DVD
Friday: I'll be walking all...day...long at Busch Gardens!
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: Longish Run (5 miles)
I have got to get myself committed to this again. Any tips for getting back in the game when you're struggling?
